The center is beautifully located where Stabburselva meets The Porsanger Fjord, 15 km north of Lakselv, in the heart of Finnmark. The place is ideal as a base for trips in Finnmark. Head to Stabbursdalen National Park to experience pure nature or take part to guided tours. We offer accommodation and activities year round. In summer you can go salmon fishing in the river or fishing for big trout in our beautiful lakes. In autumn and winter Stabbursdalen is an excellent location for observing the Northern Lights. You can take part to many different winter activities or you can easily make a day tour to Nord Cape (172 km).
In Sabburdalen Resort there are cabins of all classifications. We also have 50 caravan sites with electricity outlets and 2 acres of tent sites close to the river. All our guests have access to a service building with kitchen, shower and toilet. We have a sauna and jacuzzi right next to the river and we have service building with kitchen, shower and toilet. We offer free wireless Internet access in the lobby. We serve our guests in the restaurant, barbecue hut or lavvo.

The rivers in the county of Porsanger are rich in Salmon and Sea trout. All rivers are extremely beautiful and still inexpensive compared to other rivers in Norway. Salmon anglers across the world have heard about Northern Norway’s marvellous salmon rivers. Stabburselva is known for its beautiful surroundings and excellent salmon fly-fishing. Lakselva is known for big sized Salmon, and Børselva is well known for its crystal clear water and beautiful surroundings. The area is the northernmost border for many species of plants, birds and insects. The park has excellent trails for hikers that want to experience striking arctic wildlife in the northernmost pine forest in the world. In winter you can experience a Northern Lights Holiday at 70° north.
